Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use JustPick. By using the service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use JustPick only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission

3. Non-Binding Decisions

JustPick is a tool to help groups make decisions. The results of any vote or poll are suggestions only and are not legally binding. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on JustPick results.

4. Subscriptions

Some features may be available through optional subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store account. You are responsible for managing your subscription and any charges. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5. Intellectual Property

JustPick and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Evergreen Terrace Digital, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the service without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evergreen Terrace Digital, LLC and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
